RE: Unable to Access e-GP Account – Login Issue Gathering Feedback

Dear eGP Kenya Support,

Thank you for your assistance.

I have attached a full-screen screenshot of the issue.

Kindly note that when I click “Login”, the system immediately prompts me to reset the password. I have already completed the password reset process successfully, but after doing so, the system still redirects me back to the password reset prompt again.

This creates a continuous loop and does not allow me to access the account or proceed further.

Please assist in resolving this issue or advise on the next steps.
